As part of CAMRA’s initiative for people to try Mild and Cider during the Month of May,
all are welcome to join us for our annual hunt for those pubs serving Mild and Real Cider in the City.
Noon meet at the Endeavour Pub, Springfield Green (public bus no.54 from City Centre).

The Endeavour: expecting Mighty Oak - Oscar Wilde
Oddfellows Arms, Springfield Rd: Chelmsford Brewing Company - Port Jackson,
Railway Tavern, Duke St: something local such as Red Fox /Bishop Nick and Titanic.
Ale House: Bank Top - Dark Mild and Hop Craft - So much to answer for (light mild)
Ship: Bishop Nick - Dark Mild
UB: Scott is keen not to replicate what other Gray's pubs have on,
Woolpack: Greene King - XX Mild, Tring - Mansion Mild, also possibly a Light Mild
Hop Beer Shop: Mighty Oak - Nissen Hut and Shalford Mild
Orange Tree: Mighty Oak - Oscar Wilde and Wantsum - Black Prince Mild,
Queen's Head: Maldon Brewing Company - Born to be Mild, Nethergate - Mary's Ruby Mild.
